Residential Summer Camps & Conferences

We are excited and grateful you are considering TCU for your camp/conference. In this application, you will provide room type preferences, the number of attendees you anticipate participating in your event, and any special accommodations needed for your stay.

It is important to be as accurate as possible in listing the number of attendees so that we may best accommodate your event in the residence halls. Accommodations in a particular community or room type cannot be guaranteed; however, every effort is made to honor your preferences. All of our communities will offer a terrific housing experience during your stay.

After you complete this application, you will receive a confirmation email with important information regarding the next steps of the camp/conference registration process. You will also receive a copy of the housing license, including policies and expectations. Please share this with any team members assisting with this camp before arrival.
